Road-X does not control these decisions.

Premium does not guarantee that Stripe approves a company or that payments stay on.

The company is responsible for the fees that Stripe charges to it, and for its own agreement with Stripe. Road-X is not a party to that agreement.

10. Road-X cannot refund a job payment or reverse a chargeback.

If a client has a problem with a job or a payment, the client contacts the company first, and then their card issuer where the law gives that right.

Nothing in these Payment Terms limits a right that a client has by law against the card issuer or the company, such as the right to dispute a charge.

Road-X does not decide who is right in a dispute between a client and a company.

A company that returns to Free keeps its open payment request payable.

12. We may change, limit or stop job payments. We will post the change here. Where we can, we will tell companies in the business portal before we stop job payments. A change does not remove the rights of a client who has already paid, and we will not stop a payment that the client has already completed.
